RETURNS & REFUNDS 

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

- The hygiene strip must remain fully intact and unremoved

- All original tags must still be attached

- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition

For hygiene reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
